Refund and Return Policy
At Midnight, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our fragrances and luxury apparel. Because our products are curated for the modern elite, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure your experience is nothing short of exceptional.
1. Returns

Fragrances: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once the original plastic wrapping/seal has been opened or tampered with.

Apparel: Jackets, hoodies, and other apparel may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Items on Sale: Any items purchased during a promotional sale or using a “Limited Drop” discount code are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately via:

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as a Midnight Store Credit.

Processing Time: It may take up to 10-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 500 AED.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened perfume bottles.

Sample sets or “Discovery” vials.

Gift cards.

Items damaged through customer neglect.
