Accuracy: We strive to display our products (Perfumes, Jackets, Hoodies) as accurately as possible. However, colors and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.
Pricing: All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, according to UAE tax regulations.

Midnight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
